Yoga Wednesdays @ 2pm

Drop in Yoga at St. Brides. Led by our own Hazlon Schepmyer, there is no sign up or commitment - drop in and pay what you can each week.  Our enthusiastic group will meet in the Fellowship Room on Wednesdays at 2 pm - bring your mat, water bottle and wear comfy clothes.  This is an inclusive class for every one.  Hazlon will provide modification for poses so all abilities may join in.  Mark your calendars!

Youth Group - Fridays 7-9pm

St. Bride's Youth Group (YG729) is open to any youth grades 6 - 12.  If you have young folks looking for a fun place to hang out on a Friday night - send them along.  If your kids want to bring their friends - that's great as well.
